I'm sorry but we are not able to take bookings via email.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any special requirements - we will do everything we can to please you.
For example it is important that you let us know in advance if your party includes people who need to seat at ground floor level
(ie cannot get up the stairs to the first floor dining / function room)
