- Homemade food - just try the ice-cream or the homemade lemonade

- We will use the best methods of cookery e.g. our beer mustard takes 10 days to make, our Sunday joints are slow roasted for 12 hours
- We use the best, freshest and (wherever possible) locally sourced produce
- We sell our ribeye steak by weight - you decide on the size of steak you would like to eat
- We offer the highest quality favourite dishes with a difference.
- Our menus are re-printed every day - depending on the markets, the season and what people in the pub are eating
- We will have a children’s menu with ‘Proper food for kids’ - real food, homemade from fresh produce e.g. Meatballs with fresh pasta, chicken breast strips.
Drink with a difference.....
- We will have an unrivaled range of draught ales & lagers in the area e.g. 4 x real ales, the new Peeterman Artois, Staropramen, Leffe, Hoegaarden to name a some of our draught products
- Our bottled beers are served with a frozen glass
- We believe that we have found the best coffee that money can buy - our coffee is freshly ground from ‘Illy’ beans
- In the summer we serve home made lemonade over ice in a tall frozen glass
- We will have a wine list to die for - everything from House wine under £10 to Louis Roederer Cristal Rose £490

- We will have an amazing terrace behind the pub which can seat up to 90 people

- Tipping is totally up to our guests - we do not put an extra service charge onto the bill - everyone would feel awkward if we did that!
- We have full table service in the dining room
